Does Little dress means Fashion???

Many fashions brands are looming the fashion industry. People are flocking to get brand new designer dresses. But now a days people seem to think that by wearing little dress means fashion. Also we can find many people wearing worn out jeans which were some years back was used by lower status people. Media has played a major role in bringing this kind of change and especially movies which instead of projecting main themes have propagated bad ideas. Infact wearing less dress by women especially have resulted in more violences against women and people and administrations seem to take very little responsibility about the issue. One more issue is that for more cloth dresses we pay little and for lesser one we pay more.
